4th ANNUAL SMILIN' RYLEN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The 4th annual smilin' rylen scholarship was established by Betsy and Rick Mudra, Rylen's Mimi and PawPaw,
to honor the memory and legacy of Rylen Quinn Cowan.
This scholarship has been created TO bring greater awareness to the subject of organ donation in our young adults.
OVer the Last 3 Years, our Foundation has given $3,850.00 to Three amazing Katy ISD students
to help them with their higher education expenses.
